WHAT WE FEED OUR CHICKENS                   We feed our birds a variety of things. For the most part, most are allowed to roam freely to forage as weather permits and or until penning age. They are supplemented with a balanced custom  feed mixture based on age groups and seasons. A sample image above shows a custom feed mixture for young chickens in late fall.
