We feed our birds a variety of things. For the most part, most are allowed to roam freely to forage as weather permits and until penning age.
Feeding Philosophy
They are supplemented with a balanced custom feed mixture based on age groups and seasons. The image above shows a custom feed mixture for young chickens in late fall.
There are different feeding regimens for chicks, young chickens, young adults, breeders, and older chickens.
Our main goal is quality over quantity.
